LA Lovin’

If you haven’t heard by now, we at Frankie’s are excited to be spreading our DSC_0478fashionable fun all the way to the West coast with our new store in Santa Monica, California, opening this Thursday! We couldn’t be happier about making Frankie’s available to the Los Angeles shopping scene. Whether you live in LA or Chicago, frequently visit one of the awesome cities, or are ever just visiting, you now can take part in the Frankie’s experience in both places. But before you do, it’s good to get familiar with some of the differences between the new store and our current one, along with some of the differences between shopping in both cities.

For starters, LA is known for its warmer weather–something we Chicagoans aren’t lucky enough to have. We’ll still be featuring sweaters and cool weather clothing at our LA store, but you may not find as many winter looks in LA as you would here in Chicago. Second, you’ll find a much funkier, edgier vibe in the clothing at our LA location. We can’t wait to experiment and play around with that new kind of style.

Luckily, your favorite aspects of our Chicago store are still sticking around. We’ll still be featuring a nice blend of adult and kids clothing. Our graffiti bar will also still be an option for those of you who love to get super personal and custom-made. _DSC1346

Last but not least, there’s some important info you’ll want to know about the new store. We’ll be located at 712 Montana Avenue, Santa Monica. We’ll be open Monday through Saturday from 10-6, and Sunday from 12-5. Finally, all the photos featured in this post are of our adorable LA girls at our first Santa Monica photo shoot.

We hope to see everyone on Thursday!
